Private property, the party is in about 20 acres of space behind Steve's bike shop. One more time... I heard about the Dixie bike fest, and that it was a wild little party. It's held at the Dixie Mud Boggin pit, in the field behind the Steve's bike shop. Honestly they only had a few hundred people show up but I had a good time anyways. The entire weekend has a ''good feel'' to it and reminds me of the way biker parties used to be. Laid back and relaxed. With flexible schedules and friendly people. Back when people used to just ride in and camp out for the weekend. They had some pretty good bands, Eddie James rocked away on Friday night, and got back up on stage to jam with Joe Santana on Saturday after dark. Some Late afternoon games, a bike show, Patch's wall of death, Donut Mike doing his thing... not a bad little show considering. There just wasn't any nudity. If your looking for hot showers, RV hookups and a spot for your satellite dish TV... well you would be better off going to another rally. However if you miss the old days, or just want a cool place to hang out with your buddies (or make some new ones) you oughta like this one. Check it out sometime, I enjoyed myself.
