A WORD FROM JASMINE |
One of the hardest things about being a singer/songwriter is writing your own music. Sometimes you get lucky and it just flows from heart and other times... well it's just not happening. One of my personal favorites is a song I wrote way back in high school and finally recorded in 2003 called ''give me love''. I poured so much of my myself into that song it really gives you a window right into my heart. It's funny but I often feel like artists record their best work when they're young. Before they have to worry about bills, deadlines, record deals and making other people happy. When you're young the music comes from the soul instead of outside influences.
I'd like to take a minute to introduce our new drummer, Christoper Williams. He's awesome and is fitting right in the band, we're glad to have him aboard. Watch for him this summer, he'll be beating his heart out on them drums!
